I am proud to be a blood donor at Red Cross!

Today I donated about 350 cc of my blood at Red Cross mass blood donation program. Everyone of course is invited to join the mass blood donation. The mass blood donation was heal at Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation. Most of the participants were Fraternities and Sororities including: Scout's Royale Brotherhood/Sisterhood, Alpha Phi Omega, United Ilocandia, Rock Bottom Organization and other student organization of the said university.

At first I was afraid because I knew I am underweight. I let myself to be screened. On the weighing scale appeared 49 kgs only! The qualification was 50 above. I also have not yet acquired a good sleep last night because it's my auntie's funeral.But still i'm qualified! I lied. I said I was 54 kgs wahaha. Although what i did was wrong and risky, I ended up okay after the blood donation.

I was so nervous that time because I am so thin. I thought I will end up fainted If I still continued. While the blood donation was ongoing, there are local bands playing my favorite songs. Red Cross gave the donors free foods: hard boiled egg, brownies and zesto haha! They also gave Red Cross Stamp for souvenir.

After donating, I went home and take some rest for tomorrow is my semi -final exam!
