They blew it. The 2007 Dolphins blew it. The 2007 Dolphins had a chance to make history. They were attempting to become only the second modern day NFL team to finish an imperfect season. They tried with the least amount of effort possible, but thanks to the currently even more inept Baltimore Ravens, they just couldn’t pull it off. Now we’re stuck listening to the insufferable 1976 Buccaneers, the only team to finish an imperfect season since the merger, for another year. “We were holding our breath, because this Dolphins team was pretty bad,” said the celebrating coach of that “special” Bucs team, John ... However, it sees to us that George W. is more like a winless team--the 1976 Tampa Bay Buccaneers (or the 2007 Miami Dolphins, if you prefer)--because he's embarrassing and painful to watch, and delivers predictably horrible results week in and week out. Can ... Read Full Story

MIAMI — In a fourth quarter that had comebacks by young quarterbacks, Chad Henne came out on top with seconds to spare. Henne directed a 77-yard scoring drive in the final 1:10, and Dan Carpenter kicked a 25-yard field goal with 10 seconds left to give the Miami Dolphins a wild 25-23 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Henne's heroics spoiled the Bucs' comeback led by Josh Freeman, who rallied his team in the fourth quarter for the...
