William Flynn was only 16 and was having an affair with Pamela Smart when he shot and killed Greg Smart, her husband, in Derry, N.H. The case made national headlines at the time.

William Flynn is now asking for forgiveness in court in an attempt to have his sentence reduced. He has now spent half of his young life in prison.
