As we look back on the 2009 season for the Oakland Raiders, we see that there were double digit frequencies of injuries. But it seems there were a declining number of injuries of the Oakland Raiders as the season progressed to week 17. That's a bit of good news. For the Raiders, it seems a running joke to find high-draft talent...then come back and find a couple gems in the later rounds. For the bungle of drafting Darrius Heyward-Bey, we did find Louis Murphy. For the miss with Russell, we did have Zach Miller, Johnnie Lee Higgins, Michael Bush and Mario Henderson.
