On my mind

 I was at a charity/networking event last week and met a woman who does training for selling to women. After taking her card, I decided to give her a call and find out more about her service.

It turns out that her services are very much in demand. After collaborating on a survey study with the Wharton School of Business about customer satisfaction, several crucial issues were brought to light.

First, all the data indicates that women are the one's that do the shopping, whether that means for kitchen equipment, house remodeling, or camp. The study highlighted the differences between men and women customers and those differences are huge.

If you do not think that there is a difference between selling to women and selling to men you might be loosing enough money to impact your bottom line. Take the time to research the topic that is on many people's lips and see how you can increase your customer satisfaction while increasing your profits.
