In my search for cheap inexpensive window treatments I realize there are a lot of options out there. Curtains, panels, roman shades, vertical blinds, horizontal blinds, wood, vinyl, faux wood, valance, cornice etc. Seriously what's a cornice? That sounds like a sore you get on your foot, no? ...
