The fishing has been excellent this past week. The waters have been calm, the weather warm, and there is bait all along the beaches. Bonito, Spanish mackerel, sharks and tarpon are all enjoying this easy meal. Keewaydin Island appears to be the best area for this near shore fishing, but there is also plenty of action in North Naples and off Fort Myers Beach.
