What Up With Your Leather Shorts, Leighton Meester?

Leighton's outfit was daring, to say the least.Now that Leighton Meester is branching into the music industry, she's taken it upon herself to dress the part.
Meester, never one to shy away from a potentially unflattering trend, suited up in a pair of high waisted leather shorts for a performance at KIIS FM's 2009 Jingle Ball over the weekend. She paired the bow-tied shorts with a pin-striped shirt, bosom holster, opaque tights, and a pair of Chloe Sevigny for Opening Ceremony sandal-boots.
It could have been worse - at least she left the matching glovelettes her stylist undoubtedly selected for her at home.
