X-Men Origins: Magneto has been in development hell for the past couple years and was pretty much confirmed as a dead project last month when producer Lauren Donner said it was “at the back of the queue” of the multiple X-Men film projects in the works. Sad news today. Hugh Jackman , who we loved, loved as Oscars host this year, will not return to host next year's ceremonies. Wolverine just didn't want to host two years in a row, so hopefully that means he'll be back in the future. This year's show was fun for once, and that had a lot to do with Jackman.
