Uglies – Scott Westerfeld (Uglies Trilogy #1) I judged this book by its cover. The older one, that is. It just looked so wickedly awesome, that I thought, it must be a wonderful read! Shiver by Maggie Steifvater I hadn’t bought a hardcopy of a book in ages. It’s much easier to check out from the library or buy a cheaper ebook version.
