Yul Kwon, the winner of Survivor: Cook Islands, has joined the Obama administration as deputy chief of the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau, the FCC announced. Kwon, 34, is a Yale Law School graduate who earned $1 million by winning the hit reality show Survivor in 2006.
