Zoe Salmon to Co-Present New Show

Waterloo Road star Angela Griffin fronts a new daily Sky1 and Sky1HD entertainment show from next Monday, 9th November.

Each day the live 90-minute Angela & Friends will feature discussion, showbiz stories, lifestyle trends and celebrity guests.

Griffin will be joined by a rotating cycle of three well-known co-presenters including Sara Cox, Duncan James, Lisa Faulkner, Jeremy Edwards, Zoe Salmon, Jayne Middlemiss, Amanda Lamb and Nancy Sorrell.

With less than a week to go Griffin commented: “I’m really, really excited about Angela and Friends, it’s an amazing opportunity that Sky has given me and I can’t wait to get started. It’s gonna be nerve wracking, but I’m determined to work hard and have major fun. It’s not every day you get your own show is it!”

Viewers will be able to immerse themselves in Angela’s world both on and off screen, interacting via Skype, Twitter and a variety of new media platforms including Facebook, bringing the debate alive long after the show’s broadcast.
