Seeing how a double shot of Deschanels gave a boost to the ratings of Bones, it's not hard to imagine Zooey Deschanel returning to the procedural drama in the future. Last week's episode, "The Goop on the Girl," featured a guest appearance by Emily Deschanel's sister as Brennan's cousin Margaret--- which attracted 10.8 million viewers according to Nielsen's estimates.   

You've seen Zooey Deschanel as a blonde before, most memorably for the modern holiday classic Elf, but you still might not recognize her in this new print ad for Absolut Vodka. In fact, she looks kind of like Hilary Duff as the sci-fi go-go girl promoting an Absolut-brand cosmopolitan. Regardless of who she resembles, though, the ad puts it into my head that Deschanel might be perfect for that remake of Barbarella -- if currently attached...  

Kate Beckinsale and Zooey Deschanel star in some wild ads for Absolut Vodka. Kate Beckinsale wears a gold link bikini and gold arm bracelets in the first ad. In a second ad, Kate wears a green outfit and sits in a strange room filled with green target symbols. Zooey Deschanel wears a blonde wig and a short silver skirt in a futuristic Absolut ad.
