Zoophilia is an affinity or sexual attraction by a human to a non-human or animal. Individuals that partake in this fetish are called zoophiles, zoosexuals and it is often referred to as zoosexuality. Beastiality is also used to describe this, and refers to a human and animal sexual encounter or activity. Not all sexual acts with animals are performed by zoophiles, and not all zoophiles engaged in sex with animals.
