Part #4 Bill Farley and Zrii ™



As I explained in previous posts Bill Farley is committed to Zrii ™ for 3 main reasons.

In Part #2, I explained how Bill Farley is building Zrii because he is passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.

In Part #3, I explained that Bill Farley’s second big reason to make Zrii successful is that he wants to be a mentor to help others become successful in business too.

But in this 4th and final part about the speech that Bill Farley gave at a Zrii training event in Salt Lake City, Utah, you will find that he is committed to Zrii because he is working on building his legacy.

I first discovered this phenomenon when I took Psychology 101 in college. I remember that Abraham Maslow wrote about what he called people’s hierarchy of needs. If you are not familiar with Maslow’s works, he writes about what motivates people at different stages in their life. The first stage of human motivation is to satisfy our “Physiological” needs (like food, water, shelter, sleep and etc.). Maslow’s theory was that people wouldn’t care about anything else until they first satisfied their physiological needs. Then once they had those satisfied, they would move up the hierarchy and start working on their “safety” needs (like employment, health, security of body, and etc.). Then it moves up to “Love and Belonging” needs, and then to “Esteem” needs, and then to the final stage of “Self Actualization”.

I have to admit, when I was just a freshman in college, I found this final stage to be a little difficult to relate to. I guess that since I was just a broke college student, who was putting himself through college and trying to live off of a $5.50 an hour part-time job, I guess I was still trying to satisfy my lower level needs and couldn’t quite grasp such higher concepts as philanthropy, and stuff like legacies.

But now that I have started to have considerable success myself, I totally get it and find that I too am working on satisfying these self actualization needs.

Well, Bill Farley now acknowledges that he is starting to get up there in years, and Bill Farley wants to have a lasting impact beyond what he has already accomplished in the business world.

In Bill Farley’s speech about Zrii, Bill Farley finally confesses what his third main reason why he is so committed to make Zrii become a stellar success is. And if you ask me, I think this is actually his strongest motivator as to why he MUST make this big. The reason is that in the past he has only bought existing companies and then turned them into bigger companies. BUT, he has never in the past started a company from scratch. And with Zrii, he is able to take a company from the conception stage all the way to maturity.

Bill Farley put it best when he said, “The point I am making is, to sum it up, it is a very exciting opportunity. I am really blessed that at this point in my career I am doing something that I truly love doing that this is the most important project in my whole business career. This is the most satisfying, the most important project for me”

Bill Farley then paused and asked the audience, “Are those just words? No, because remember why, because I have a passion for health, wellness, and nutrition. I have a passion for business, I have a passion at this stage in my career to help others in business and to help other achieve their dreams and their goals and that makes me feel better. And this is Fun. I mean this is amazing.”

Bill Farley continued, “This is one thing in my business career that I have never done before. You see, I’ve always bought companies. I have never started companies from a blank piece of paper. So think about the sort of, you know if you will, satisfaction that you could have and acquire and that you are a part of, and you all are a part of, creating a culture that we are all so proud of, that isn’t simply you know, just a product”

Bill Farley then asked, “Do we care about the business? Yes. We care about health, wellness and nutrition. We care about bringing that information to others, benefiting them, benefiting our own families, and in my case it is also extra special because, you know, I am CEO and major majority owner of Zrii.”

Bill Farley then choked up a bit and said, “I really mean this from the bottom of my heart. I am truly thankful for all of your joining in to what is going to become an unbelievable success and something we are all so proud of.

And the final thought that I want to mention is that as this comes together, you know I have only been introduced to network marketing 3 ½ years ago. And many of you have so much more knowledge and experience as I do in this industry, but I have learned a couple of things, and here is the most important thing that I have learned, is that no matter what you think you’ve got, an endorsement by the Chopra Center, a great product, great branding, great marketing materials, great website, great management team, etcetera.

When you think you’ve got all that stuff, right, when you think you’ve got it all.

What is the single most important ingredient that I just left out?”

Then there was a big pause and then Bill Farley smiled and pointed to the crowd, “ALL of YOU! All of you!”

After the applause, Bill Farley says, “You could have all of that STUFF, and do it really well too, do it really well, but if you don’t have people, field leadership, people committed to using the product, or distributing the product, as an independent business person, then that won’t lead to tremendous success. It won’t lead to something where people will say WOW.

But you folks (the audience, the Independent Executives of Zrii) are truly amazing, this is a WOW, and I want to thank you and applaud you and applaud yourself.

Thank you so much” and thus Bill Farley concluded the speech that he gave about Zrii.

So, to recap, Bill Farley, CEO of Zrii, is definitely very committed to making sure that Zrii becomes ultra successful. The three main reasons why his ambition with Zrii is a perfect fit for Bill Farley is that:

#1. Bill Farley is passionate about health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.



#2. Bill Farley is at the later stage in his career where he wants to be a mentor or teacher and help as many others become successful at business too.



#3. Bill Farley wants to leave his legacy in Zrii as being a product that he manifested out of thin air and turned it into the biggest network marketing company on the planet and make it one of the fastest companies to reach one billion dollars in annual sales ever in the history of the world.

And for all of that, I say to Bill Farley, show me the way.
