Anxiety caused chest pain

Panic Disorder is characterized by periodic panic or anxiety that usually happens unpredicatbly: "out of nowhere ... without reason I felt chest pain and anxiety." Easy situational (phobic) panic may be found, but usually there is no consistent escape. Strangely, when panics {happen to occur in crowded areas, panickers have a tendency to ascribe the episode to geoing to those placese, and they start to stay away from public places as per the disorder called Agoraphobia with Panic Attacks. Avoidance does not happen when panics strike the sufferer is in other places, like at homeor on a mountain-few, if any, agoraphobics avoid beds and forests.

Anxiety is characterized by a sudden emergence of signs like shortness of breath; choking or smothering sensations; feelings of unreality; hot and cold flashes; faintness; and fear of going crazy, or doing something breaking things. Every one of these signs can stem fromby hyperventilation. Three manic episode during a three-week cycle are required to strictly satisfy the requirements for the conclusion of this condition, but men and women with classic symptoms, like anxiety chest pain, who fail to experience three panics in such a short time may also be affected from a class of Anxiety Disorder.

Women are a bit more likely than males to be affected from this disorder. Onset usually occur in high adolescence or early grown up life but may appear somewhat earlier or later. Sometimes people suffering describe that it lasts for a short period never to reoccur; others experience several series of panics separated by panic-free intervals, and a few grow a severe disorder with frequent panics and anxiety related chest pain. Some men and women use liquor in an attempt to avoid panics and anxiety chest pain, which is ineffective and may lead to the aggravation associated with liquor abuse.

Men and women with Anxiety Chest Pain often seek evaluation and treatment from family doctors because they are rationally frightened that they may be affected from a severe chronic condition. By the time they reach a physician, the scary feeling has most often gone away and the doctor can't find anything physically misaligned. In the ER, a conclusion of "acute hyperventilation complex" is often made, which may at first be satisfying to both physician and patient but which does little or nothing to make sure a more clear and focused condition and efficient long-term treatment. The patient may feel chagrined that he or she has been confused about nothing but leave reassured by a careful examination. When the next manic episode happens, help is often sought again, either from the same or another professional. One study found that patients with a Panic Disorder had seen an average of 10 doctors before the disorder was finally pin pointed. General anxiety may occur between panics, as may some chest pain anxiety and avoidance, although if the latter become pronounced, a conclusion of Agoraphobia with Panic is made.
