Elliptical Lesson
Well it’s the final morning of my current Asian Tour, and today I dragged my tired body out of bed and made my way to the hotel gym….
Part of my daily routine is to drink a bHIP Energy Blend throughout my work out….Well you will never believe this..Today, I was all out of Energy Blend.
On to the elliptical trainer and I am underway….increasing the pace and working harder….Today I feel lethargic and lack focus….I lean over to grab my headset and then it happens…My right foot slips off the undulating training tread and my leg is quickly sandwiched in the moving parts….I feel the intense pain as the machine comes to a grinding stop leaving my leg bruised and battered…I hobble off the machine to seek assistance…Ice Ice and More Ice..
Well a few hours has passed and I just limped on board my return flight home….
