A lot of eyes are on the office of Rep. Mike Castle, a Republican member of the House from Delaware who's been mulling a campaign for Senate next year. He's expected to announce his decision at noon. If the longtime, widely respected lawmaker runs, he's no worse than 50-50 against Beau Biden, son of Vice President Joe Biden.
