IMHO, it is not a good idea to buy these types of appliance via Amazon. The box was received crushed and one setting (crust) did not work from the start. The machine stopped working altogether and now I have to ship it via UPS or FEDEX to the closest Panasonic repair shop, which is nowhere near my home. I have to pay for shipping BOTH WAYS.
