O.J. Simpson has switched lawyers as the Nevada Supreme Court is about to get his appeal of his conviction in an armed hotel room heist. Attorney Gabriel Grasso in Las Vegas says he has been dropped from the case because of a disagreement with fellow Simpson attorney Yale Galanter in Miami. Grasso is being replaced with Malcolm Lavergne (lah-VERN'). Galanter remains on the case. Galanter said Friday that Simpson's appeal is on the way to the state Supreme Court.
