iPhone 3G

I am completely stumped. I made some custom ringtones from myxer.com; they are all under the standard 40 secs. I had no problem syncing them when my iphone was 3.0 OS, but after updating to 3.1.2 only one of my ringtones will sync. Out of 15 or so, only one random ringtone will sync to my phone at any given attempt. iTunes says that they are synced to my phone, but when I check under custom in settings, they are no where to be found. Slow respond and lag while playing game, some time will also auto drop out to main menu page, the worse case will hang up. Compare to iPhone 2G and iPhone 3G(using the same version SW and playing the same game), my iPhone 3G will only having these problem, it is surprising why iPhone 2G speed is more faster and smoothly than iPhone 3G? When I first got my Iphone I was able to watch videos online. (like preview a ringtone on myxer.com) After I installed the 3.0 update onto my phone I am nolonger allowed to do that, all it comes up with is the code for the page. So I just purchased a 3g from somebody. When I tried to sync it to my Itunes it told me This iPhone cannot be used because required software is not installed. Ive spent about 4 hours on the phone with both Apple and ATT with no luck...then I finally got hung up on and gave up for the day. My issue is when I get voicemails they do not load to visual voicemail, nor do I get any indication that I actually have any voicemails. Hey,I currently have a 8GB iPhone 3G 3.1.2 and the battery life has greatly decreased from when I first got it. The phone is only about 6 months old so it is still under warranty.If I make an apportionment with the Genius Bar are they likely to replace this phone or install a new battery? Ive seen a lot of posts where iPhoto doesnt get photos from iPhones, but not the other way around... heres my scoop:OS 3.1.2Organized all of my photos into folders in iPhoto and when given the option of keeping originals or deleting, I deleted.
