5. Training: The power of knowledge comes in its application. Imagine you have been invited to a meeting; the speaker announces that you have been selected at random to become a Plastic Surgeon. Consider the number of botched cases and the media frenzy that would result. Would you seriously going jump into something without the proper training, practice and confidence that will be necessary to execute?
