Mix Up Your Routine
Working out seven days a week is not a good idea for anyone. Doing so is actually counterproductive. Your body requires one day at the minimum to rest your muscles.For heavy strength training, you'll want to give each muscle 5-7 days of recovery; thus, having a routine that works your muscle groupings individually is the best way to get them worked well.

This is a reasonable guidline to follow:
Monday: Chest (25 minutes)
Tuesday: Back (25 minutes)
Wednesday: Shoulders (25 minutes)
Thursday: Biceps, Triceps & Forearms (25 minutes)
Friday: Legs (25 minutes)

For less strenuous workouts (for cardio, fat-burning or fitness), you can work your muscles more than once a week in varied routines ... of course, still allowing for a much needed break.

While this is more intense, it can bring fast fitness results if you get an adequate amount of sleep and eat the right foods.Building up the amount of weight you use will also help you get fast results- increase it incrementally about every week.
