During the course of my music tech grad class, I have learned more about music technology that I was behind on. (I didn't realize I was behind until I took the class.) RESPECT - According to websters online dictionary respect means a high or special regard, consideration. Now respect can mean different things to different people. Socially I think that respect means the way one treats another. Now ways of showing respect can be positive or negative. I woke up this morning, but not in time to make to the workout class I wanted to get to. I didn't exactly set the alarm or anything, but I wasn't going to make a big deal if I didn't make it. I did workout the other day. It was actually twice in one day. I was proud of myself. I am going to try to do that since I have my PCOS condition.
