Sorry no letter updates for a couple of weeks. I will try to do better! Of note, he was able to get his arm out of the sling, but is under orders from his Mission President and Wife that he is not to play sports for the duration of his mission because if his shoulder goes out again, he will have to go home. Even though this is a blow for this very sporty guy, he is taking it in stride, all with a positive attitude. Personally, speaking as the Mom, I think it will be a good thing for his... Sometimes keeping one step ahead of the little people takes care of most of the "battle"! Love Bug and the Witty One are out on the deck right now and have been for about a half an hour fully engaged in this activity. This is so easy for mom to get ready. All you need is a couple of paint brush and two plastic containers with water. Of course, you need decent weather and a deck or a sidewalk as well if they are going to do this outside. I recommend outside. LOL

Sorry I never got last weeks emails posted. Here are two weeks worth...
Missionary #2 [last week]
Sorry that emails will be so short this week, I'm actually at the mission
office right now doing it. The libraries are all closed, so I won't have near as
much time as I usually do. But that being said, this week was awesome overall.
We were really led to find some prepared people. We were blessed also to teach a
ton of lessons, which was a huge blessing compared to the... Read Full Story

We got to speak to both missionaries on Christmas day, one via Skype and the other via phone. The one in Peru was the one allowed to Skype. His picture was fuzzy and his voice kept cutting out, but it was still awesome to see and hear him. There was also a rather abrupt ending to his call, slightly short of his allotted time. The one in the States was able to visit with us for quite a while longer. We even opened some presents as we chatted with him. The boys sister Nan (nannying out of... Read Full Story

Note from Mom...I got a phone call from the mission office informing me yesterday that my missionary #2 has once again dislocated his shoulder and was in the emergency room getting put back together. Extra prayers are in order in the hopes that the shoulder will remain where it is supposed to for the rest of his mission (okay, for the rest of his life would be even better!). On the upside, though, it was nice to hear compliments about my wonderful son. The mission president's wife had... Read Full Story

Note...Methinks Elder Connole #2 must have gotten transferred since I didn't get an email from him this week. Also, I moved my "disclaimer" to the bottom of the email, so it isn't in the way of your weekly reading. lol
Wow, another week has gone by, I can´t believe it. I´ll be home in 5 weeks.
woah. crazy,.
Oh hey before I forget, I can do Skype again this year but I dont remember
my account I think it was pconnole and i dont remember the password and also

Disclaimer.. Please feel free to read what interests you on the blog and disregard the rest. My feelings will not be hurt if you don't read every word I write. LOL :) My goal at the forefront currently is to get settled in to our new place, so things may be a little hit or miss for a bit. My plan--and perhaps it will work exactly as planned--is to return to the blog world for "real" by the time the new year rolls around.
Note to self...remember to plan what you are going to... Read Full Story

Missionary #1
No we didnt have anything special for Thanksgiving. I was on splits that
day just working hard as usual.
We found a better internet site so yay! no more lame sauce computers!
So this week weas splits-mania! We went on splits 3 days in a row, and so I
wasn´t in my area for 2 days, and E. Ramirez for the other. We were trying to
help out several Elders who were having difficulties in their areas, and we
needed to teach them how to get over them. The best... Read Full Story

Missionary #2 says...
I am feeling much better now. Thank you so much for the package, oh! if you
could throw a julboken ( think that's how you spell it) or something very
swedish, that would be awesome. I'm going to need it for the 24th. Today's email
will probably be a bit shorter than usual, our Pday is kind of different this
week as Thanksgiving is coming up, so we're kind of switching days so we don't
have to Proselyte on Thanksgiving. Anyway, it'll be much shorter this week... Read Full Story
