I find it difficult sometimes to come up with healthy snacks because I am such a carbs lover and my snacks need to be more protein heavy. An easy one for me is to eat a banana (carbs) with a mixture of almond nuts (protein) and sunflower/pumpkin seeds. I love a tin of sardines with spinach as a lunch. The combination is really healthy and it helps me get my extra protein that I need. I handed in my food diary before I got a chance to copy it all over so sorry there are a few days missing! On Wednesday weigh-in I had lost 5lbs going from 19 st 3lb to 18 stone 12lb – I won’t be happy until I am back to 17stone 12lb that I was before and then I will count it as ACTUAL weight loss so I have a stone to go.
