The New York Yankees won over the Toronto Blue Jays by a score of 4-2. A.J. Burnett started, dominated and got the win. Mariano Rivera got the save.

I leave tomorrow for vacation because I’m going on a cruise. I know some take my minor league box scores and post them other places. I might log in from the cruise just to do the minor league scores. The New York Yankees lost to the Seattle Mariners by a score of 8-4. Starting for the Yankees was C.C. Sabathia and he got the loss.
I was surprised at how poorly C.C. pitched because he was pitching against the 18 games under .500 Seattle Mariners. I thought he would dominate but sometimes what you think is going to happen, doesn’t. Some times the total opposite happens. Sabathia was throwing 95-97 mph but he had no command and was leaving the balls up in the zone.
