Today has been identified as free donuts day here in America according to Krispy Creme donut shop. Customers who visit participating Krispy Kreme retail locations will get one free doughnut of their choice.
The event originally started way back in 1938 as a fundraiser for the Chicago Salvation Army, the Salvation Army wanted to help the needy during the Great Depression and commemorate the soldiers who passed out donuts during WW1.

On Wednesday night it seems Comcast.net may be under attack by hackers. I was at the site just recently and I noticed that it was just a search engine rather than the usual home page. Today it was reported that the site was down for some time this morning and now just up as a search engine.
The strange thing about the site now is that it has me logged in as c-lpotts for some reason, which may indicate that the site is still be compromised. Also none of the links seems to work properly... Read Full Story
