In 2006, President Bush signed into law a prohibition on posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages without disclosing your true identity. E-mail threat leads to cyberstalking charge
A Wilmington, North Carolina man faces a charge of cyberstalking after a Gastonia man told police he e-mailed death threats. Keith Bailey, 39, told Gastonia Police that Melvin Franklin Douglas Lutz, 38, sent him threatening messages.
