When I was a kid, we had lots of rhubarb around the house. I don’t know whether it was planted there purposely, or whether it was just a weed. Being resourceful and sort of hippy-ish, my parents would gather it and cook it into foods. Let me tell you, you have to add a lot of sugar and stuff to make rhubarb really taste good.
