Tina Sherman of Arkansas sent her nude pictures to her husband's(Phillip Sherman) cellular phone. Phillip Sherman accidentally left his cellphone in McDonald's in Fayettville Arkansas on July 5, 2008. The McDonald staff promises Mr. Sherman that they will secure the phone until he gets it.
And after that Tina Sherman got receiving lewd text messages from McDonald's staff workers. And over all nude photos are leaked to internet.
It is because of this that the Shermans are suing McDonald Corp. for a minimum of $3 million.
