I weighed myself today 90kg :o( Not good. Puts my BMI at 30 which makes me obese. This cannot continue. I have been particularly productive over the last week, the gloom has risen, and I am feeling much better, and more able to fend off the werewolves, and the vampires.The laundry has been done, the CDs and DVDs alphabetised , and put back on the shelf, the books tidied and put on the shelf, the dusting done, the paper recycled, and all that is left is the beautification of the rest and the filing.Also the BMA have given me back the money I gave them and that has been a great boost to the conf...
