Here is a simple recipe of how to prepare one of the most delicious Sicilian sweets – the cannolo:
Ingredients for 10 servings:
For the waffle
300 g white flour
30 g sugar
25 g butter
1 glass of marsala
1 pinch of salt
1 egg

150 g of sugar
1 glass of rum
