Taking over the throne of the worlds shortest man, previously held by 24-year-old Edward “Nino” Hernandez from Colombia is 18-year-old Nepalese teen Khagendra Thapa Magar. It has been quite a while since Lotus has developed a completely new vehicle (1995 was when they released the Elise to be exact).
