Yesterday we celebrated David’s Day. Catherine came up with this a couple of years ago. It was Father’s Day and she had made some kind of project at school for fathers. She tried to give it to David, who is not a father. He would not take it and she got really upset. Her dad had not been gone very long and she was going through sort of a rough time. Today is my brother’s birthday. He is 29 today. I guess he is getting pretty old. He finally caught up with me. I have been 29 for a few years now. Adjusting from living in an apartment and being employed to living in a house and being unemployed has been interesting. You might think keeping a house that is twice as big would be harder. However, we find it easier as there is finally a place to put all of this stuff. The girls have their own rooms, so there is no more fighting over who should clean it.
