Alas, I'm almost out of time, and need to go hunting for some remaining pieces of my Sarah Palin/Caribou Barbie costume. So, instead I'm going to leave you with this final Halloween Costume Tip #5: Whatever happens tomorrow, don't let other people dress you up!!! Read Full Story

My apologies and regrets to Christy Lochrie. I never meant for an on-line dispute between two stubborn, former fr... Read Full Story

According to their MySpace page, the album will be released in 1 hour, 36 minutes, and 20 seconds. How do I know this? No, I'm not a closet Guns & Roses fan.... but apparently some... Read Full Story
Sara Melson: Feel it coming....
My 'ol buddy, Eric Teel, is spinning some great tunes on JPR's Open Air session this gorgeous November afternoon. This song by Sara Nelson entitled "Feel It Coming" is getting a fair share of airtime on JPR these days. It's a great tune, with a great guitar riff and it captures my mood today. Lyrics are here. I especially like these lines: "That’s it, I’m all better now. Spit up the last of what made me hurt. I feel light as a feather now. At last I finally know my ... Read Full Story
Warning: Mad Cowboy Disease spreading to ag. community!
I got scooped yesterday. Or at least that's what Projectile Comet is saying over yonder about beating me to the poop about Tim Hearden being fired from the Record Searchlight and being replaced by yet another monkey.... You can read Tim Hearden's version of the story here. But I'm not buying it. I don't think he's "leaving," I think he was fired. But that's just my own personal conspiracy theory, and not based on any real facts or research.I had received an a... Read Full Story
