I know, I know - I ALWAYS say that I’m stuck in the 80’s and well, fact of the matter is…I am.
Out of sheer chaos in my life, I have not had many chances to do much besides get backstage at U2 and see my fave band of all times, Depeche Mode, upclose and personal this year!!! Yes it has been a very looooooooooooooooooooooooong time and I promised that I would post pics of the Vegan Dinner that I was involved in on October 26, 2009 at Beaver’s Ice House.

Karen got me started on Poke I had never tried it before she made this great appetizer for Jody’s going away party. WOW it was great. Well, only sister…Robin.
She is the epitome of coolness and always has been.
Due to our age difference of 9 years, my sister and I have not always seen eye to eye…I guess basically when I came along, she was almost like a built in babysitter…and well, I was pretty much a terror.

I have been appointed the Pastry Chef at Gravitas Restaurant in Houston, TX. It all happened pretty quickly and I was happy to spend some time with one of Houston’s best pastry chefs, Rebecca Masson to bring me up to speed!!!
