The Music Videos We Ignore

I really don’t know why we ignore music videos so much. I think the last time I posted one was Hot Chip’s “One Pure Thought”, and that was really just for the tour dates, and to show some Hot Chip love. But here are the music videos promo agencies want us to post and the ones you want to watch (maybe?).

Radiohead - All I Need

MTV and Radiohead hold hands in the production of the video for “All I Need”. “The video was created for the ‘MTV EXIT Campaign in Asia and the Pacific’ – an initiative produced in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development, USAID. The collaboration represents an innovative and creative example of fusing musical content with MTV’s pro-social messaging. The “All I Need” video is being released globally across all platforms, and will potentially be seen in 560 million households worldwide.”

Justice - Stress

Yet another intriguing video from our second favorite Frenchies. The ‘Stress’ video depicts A Clockward Orange-inspired men in leather jackets strutting out the Justice Cross and causing havoc and violence around the city. This is exactly what I pictured when I first heard the song.

Scarlett Johansson - Falling Down

‘Falling Down’ is the first single of Johansson’s Tom Waits covers album due May 20th on Rhino. And an fun little trivia — Scarlett’s personal assistant directed the video! Way cool, Scarlett!

Tapes ‘n Tapes - Hang Them All

Duffy - Warwick Avenue
