MUSIC NEWS -  UK rockers Echo and the Bunnymen have cancelled their US tour 10 days before it was to start over a tax dispute with the IRS.  An Internal Revenue Service (IRS) rule states that foreign bands have to pay a fee if they tour in the USA more than once in 30 days.  And, you guessed it, that rule applies to EatB as they played a gig in New York City last month.
