At my age (ahem..39) a liquid foundation makeup seems far too heavy and line magnifying, which is why I've wholly embraced tinted moisturiser as a wonderful substitute. Mineral makeup has been on my radar for awhile now, and I have used mineral powder, but admittedly I have never been a powder person (except maybe when I was 16) and so this didn't really stick with me.

How is this different from normal liquid foundaton you ask? Well, it goes on and absorbs fairly sheerly, as the powder would, until you build up the amount of coverage you want. For me, it goes on very much the same as my favourite tinted moisturiser, but provides a bit more coverage-- hence no need for concealer. No heavyness and my face doesn't feel dry at the end of the day.
