This is a series of articles about a discrimination lawsuit that involves members of an Ohio community who were denied city supplied water. The plantiffs are African Americans who reside in Zanesville, Ohio.
This case was brought to national attention on July 10th, 2008, when a ruling was handed down in Columbus. The plantiffs won their discrimination suit and was awarded close to $11 million in damages.
