Susan & Bryan
From:  weblog.xanga.com
Saturday Martin and I had the honor of photographing Susan and Bryan's wedding at the newly remodeled Palmer House Hilton in Chicago.  It was the first wedding in 50 years to be held in the Honoree Ballroom.  It's always a little scary photographing the wedding of someone in the industry...but Susan was so relaxed and fun to work with (so was Bryan)!  Check out the last shot of the great car they bought me ( I said it was OK for them to borrow it for the wedding...   We are back from our travels and what a great wedding it was.  Magdalena was gorgeous!  The wedding was long (2:00 ceremony followed by the reception from 3:00pm until... well we left at 6am, but the band was still going), everyone had a great time.  Congratulaions to Magda & Tomek.  We are glad that we were able to be there and capture it all for you.  Here is a quick small sampling of images...   And one to show how hard I work to get the shot... European Wedding Adventure 2

Its the day before the big wedding.  As you can see by this photo, Photo Images is a full service studio.  Here I am "helping" to build the gate that will be erected at the bride's family's home to welcome the groom's family the morning of the wedding.  Yes that is an axe in my hand and I do still have all my fingers!  We spent part of the morning going over the schedule for the wedding and boy do we have it easy in Chicago.  We will begin getting ready photos at 10am (3am Chicago) and...     WOW! This was my 7th AMAZING event for the Reich Family.  It was an incredible night!  We went a few years without a Debbie party... but she has definately not lost her touch.  Stephanie looked amazing (ok Casey looked pretty good too).   The entire Reich Family was as gracious and as much fun as always.   Weddings, Inc. never ceases to amaze!  Michael Lerich kept everyone on their feet until the wee hours of the morning. Here are a few images from  the day. Now I need to get some sleep... Read Full Story

Saturday night at the Ritz Carlton - Chicago...  I had the honor of working with the Winter Family once again, (unfortunately they are out of daughters now) who are the nicest, most easy going and fun families I have ever worked with over the years.  Jennifer's wedding was great and now Stacy's was amazing.  I also had the pleasure of meeting Ross's family and friends... and wow can they party also.  It was great to see so many of my previous clients there too.  Best of luck to Stacy and Ross... Lainie & Evan
From:  weblog.xanga.com
We got to finish off 2007 with a really great group of people.  Lainie and Evan were so much fun (rumour has it he's a comedian).  The families were great to work with and the bridal party was "insane". The bridesmaids all had great PJs (if any of you saw us on Michigan Ave.).  We all ended the night back in the freezing cold on Michigan Ave.  Here is a sampling from the day.  Read Full Story
