Change is about the only consistent part of life. Sometimes we look forward to new beginnings, but change can also be unforeseen or unwelcome. Negative life events can initiate a depressive episode in some individuals. Some are affected in one way, and some in another way. Depression does not pick and choose based on characteristics that we understand. The issue to look at now is depression treatment. What can be done to heal depression?
