One of our projects is screening at the Roxie this month, the final mix was done at Sound Arts.
“The Long Way Out” has been chosen to screen at the 1st annual San Francisco United Film Festival this
coming June 12th-14th, 17th & 18th. The film will be screening in
a block of shorts. Also, after the film they’re
going to have a short Q&A with the creators about making the film.

Sound Arts is brandishing intellect and skinny fingers at this year’s Maker Faire in San Mateo. Sound Arts Instructor, Christopher Willits, suggested we all bring pillows for the floor of the live room. I pictured low lighting, persian rugs and lots of booze as I picked up a six pack and made my way to the studio….

Star instructor and engineer, Ryan Kleeman, recently had the pleasure of recording some grand-master funk up in the Sound Arts house. The Pleasuremaker crew, led by Joe McGuire, got super close and friendly as they wanted to record all 7 funkified musicians at once in our live room.
