How NOT to run a membership site

OK, this is the scenario. You join an MRR PLR website with unrestricted rights to do with the product as you please.  You get some great products every month that all convert well.  Easy money so to speak. Sales are good, each month the product is quality, an exceptional value. Worth staying on indefinitely to reap the rewards.

All of a sudden the owner of the membership starts promoting the membership product to the general public at least 3 days prior up to 7 days prior to releasing the product to his membership. Now alot of the opportunity is gone to sell to your list because most likely the product has already been promoted by him.

You pad $67 for the right to sell it and he sells it to everyone else at $27 a week before you get it.
