About this course

Who is this course suitable for and what knowledge/skills do I need?

• The aim of the workshop is to give a basic introduction to Hand reflexology and its many health benefits, combining demonstration and practice. • You will learn how to give a basic Hand massage with some understanding of reflex points. • You do not need any previous experience or knowledge in hand reflexology
