5 Things Some Internet Gurus Would Never Say To You
If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
We obviously have a ton of internet gurus out there who simply would never disclose some information or say some things to people. I don’t have anything against marketing gurus or anything like that, just the complete lying scamming ones.
If there is one thing that does frost my butt from time to time, it’s seeing newbie internet marketers being completely taken advantage of. I’m talking about the people who shell out their life savings of say five or ten thousand dollars for training, and the meat of the course would be no more than what you could find in a $77 dollar ebook. God, this must really crush some families later on…especially when what they learned is shoddy and doesn’t work in the first place. It’s really sickening that some people have no problem taking people’s money in this manner.
It’s very sad at times, but, that said, I certainly do not consider them all bad. I’ve come to know my own opinions about the ones I believe really do care about helping people, and the ones that are just out to rip every last cent out of people that they possibly can.
There are some marketers that might be labeled “internet gurus”, but I still very much look up to them. You can’t really throw all of the very successful people online into the negative image that might be associated with “evil gurus”. It’s simply not right, the label “internet guru” is so mis-interpreted at times. It’s the same with all people, there are some that are bad, and some that are genuinely nice great people.
Today’s post though is more about what you’d never hear some of the “mis-leading” types of gurus say. Let’s have a look….qoutes you would never hear…
1. “Yes, I faked up those “proof of earnings” screen shots with my Photoshop program. I can show you how to!”
Now, I don’t care how naive you are. Some of these sales pages are completely falsified. It doesn’t take a genius to figure this out. Especially the one’s that come from a complete nobody. “Excuse me, what was your name again? Hmm, strange I’ve never heard a thing about you..I’m not on your list…and yet you managed to spam your way into my inbox”
2. “Actually, those figures on my salespage are from myself and my 400 J/V partners combined…”
Yeah, another one about the “proof of earnings” figures on some salespages. I really doubt many would confess to this. “Yeah, I did all those sales myself in like 18 hours… Shyaaaeah right…”
3. “Yeah, I bought that at Wal-Mart!”
Well, I’m not sure about this one, but, I thought it was worth a chuckle. I myself, have no problem admitting that I shop at Wal-Mart, but..for the extremely wealthy gurus I doubt you would hear this come out of their mouth very often.
4. “My list of 300,000 plus mostly contains useless leads from a crappy co-reg service! The response rate is almost nil”
Yeah, I don’t think you would hear this come out of many internet gurus mouths. It is true, that we hear of astronomical list sizes at times. Sure, some of them are great and huge responsive lists..I’m sure. But for the faker guru…he tries to impress with big numbers…although it might mean absolutely nothing really. I’m sure a lot of people have tried these services, myself included, there are some services that are just plain old useless wore out leads. I could tell you where to stay away from anyhow…
5. “Yes, I’m completely lying through my teeth to you right now!”
lol, I’m sure this one isn’t coming out any time soon. The internet is full of smoke and lights, and for the dishonest type of gurus, I think they would just prefer to keep it that way..
Can you think of anymore? It was sort of fun thinking up some of these. What line do you think we would never hear coming out of some of the internet gurus mouths?
