Elune Art - new look
We have just redesigned our company site - Eluneart.com. We got rid of the flash details, enhanced the color scheme a bit, and made the site much more user friendly, in my opinion. It took a long time, but i am proud of our work . Would be glad to receive feedback on it! Read Full Story
Horrorfind weekend 2008
Last weekend we went to a horror convention in Adelphi, Maryland. The convention featured different movie celebrities, writers, a great horror fair and screenings of indie and non-indie horror movies. I enjoyed the place a lot, though we spent there only a couple of hours and didn’t get to see much, except for a couple of actors and the horror fair. I wish we had more time to check it out. Here are some photos i took: A character from Invasion of the Saucer Men (1957) Me and Tony Todd... Read Full Story
Bhutan: Land of the Thunder Dragon
Not so long ago i saw the movie - Travellers and Magicians, made by Khyentse Norbu (a.k.a. Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche), who is a buddhist monk and is officially recognized as the reincarnation of a 19th century Tibetan saint. This was his first movie ever made in Bhutan. It’s a beautiful movie, i liked it very much and would recommend it to everyone. Coincidently, same week, there was a first-ever Bhutanese song and dance performance happening at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. So... Read Full Story

The most unreadable metal logos - my 13 picks
Since i’ve been rearranging our load of metal mags and fanzines from the past, i came across many deserving-to-be-remembered metal/black metal logos. Though i am not the first one to make a post on the most incomprehensible logos, i browsed through some sites and they don’t have the ones i’ve found . So, here you go - the most unreadable metal logos: the list goes from the least complex to the most enigmatic ones: # 13 Ater - Finnish death/doom metal from 1991. Does not exist... Read Full Story

Pieces of the present and the recent past
Every time i say “i’m back” on my blog, something happens - so, i am not going to say it again, because it’s become a curse I’ve been sick for quite a while, but that’s not so interesting, so i will just get on to the nice things that happened in the last month. Smashing Magazine textures contest I participated in Smashing Textures contest - i didn’t win, but i got featured in 2 galleries of the best textures the Smashing crew selected in the end of the contest, and i’m happy about that. Two... Read Full Story
My return and the promised mp3s
From:  ladyomega.com
Once again i have forsaken my blog for a long time. I was tired, sick, busy, lazy, working and what not, and couldn’t spare some time to write something meaningful or not. I think i am back now. We’ve almost settled in our house in the usa, though there’s still work to be done. My company, Elune Art, is also renewing our old site, so there’s a lot to be done as well. Anyway, as i have promised Julian and some other people that i will up put some mp3s of the projects i participate(d) in... Read Full Story
