Weight Loss Update
After a week of eating very poorly with a bunch of fatty foods, I thought I was for sure going to gain a couple pounds back. But with working out at least once a day, I was able to only gain 0.2 pounds, so I was very relieved. This next week will be interesting, I am headed to Florida this morning for a work conference, so it should be a lot of eating, but will be walking a few miles each day from the hotel to the conference and back. Hopefully I can get the time to work out in the hotel gym.
