Pirate Bay Trial Scandal

More news has surfaced about the Pirate Bay trial a few weeks ago. One of the defense lawyers for the Pirate Bay has uncovered evidence that may prove or suggest doubt that the judge was appointed randomly. In court cases such as this a judge is supposed to be appointed randomly to the case, but there is doubt that it was random in the Pirate Bay case. With all of the other stuff that has come out about this judge recently, this is not looking good for the prosecution.

Pirate Bay defense lawyer, Per E Samuelson, had this to say:

“We’ve found some things, particularly about the random selection. It doesn’t seem to have been random.”
